1990년 Lancashire, England, UK 태생, 부모는 호주인, ‘사라’에게는 3명의 남동생이 있으며, Sydney 지역서 성장.
Brigidine College 다녔을 당시 학교 밴드 일원(베이스 클라리넷 연주)으로 활동.
2006년경 Girlfriend 모델대회 우승 후, 2년간 Chic Model Management 계약해 모델 활동, Next Model Management/Image Models Tokyo 계약해 모델 활동.
2015년 ‘The VVitch: A New-England Folktale (2015)’ 작품을 통해 영화 데뷔 후 모델과 배우로 활동.
